Andrew Fung's flagship, and the room Edmonton keeps naming when somebody asks where to go for a night that matters. Dress for it.
07The Marc
Classic French technique with a contemporary hand, and a four-time Best Steak winner. Elegant without ever trying too hard.
08La Ronde
Canada's first revolving restaurant, on the 24th floor. One full turn every 88 minutes, and the whole city passes your table.
09Atlas Steak + Fish
A modern twist on the North American steakhouse. Dry-aged beef, a raw bar, and a room named one of Canada's most romantic. Dress for it.
10Panini's Italian Cucina
Pizza, pasta and panini done properly, across Edmonton and Sherwood Park. The neighbourhood Italian you end up going back to.
11Von's Steakhouse & Oyster Bar
Serving Edmonton's best beef and seafood since 1988, with a 30-foot marble bar and a sushi and oyster counter. A true classic.
12The Harvest Room
Old-world service over the river valley. Alberta beef, wild game, and Ocean Wise seafood in the city's grand hotel. Occasion dining, done right.

Canada's first Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen, at River Cree Resort & Casino on the city's west edge. The signature dishes from the show, in a room made for an occasion.
16Darling
A chef-driven menu from seasonal, local produce, with natural wines and cocktails, on Whyte Avenue. Dinner every night and brunch on weekends.
